Are ticket refunds available if I'm unable to attend?
Tickets are nonrefundable; however, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. Please email stateoffice@grtl.org with the name of the person you are transferring your ticket to.
I cannot attend the Summit. Will you offer livestreaming of the event?
We do not offer livestreaming. Our conference is in-person only.
Where should I stay during the Summit?
We recommend staying at one of the hotels listed above where a discounted block is available. Hotel and travel information, including hotel-block reservation links, is available under the Accommodations menu item on this site.
What is the schedule for the weekend and do I need to sign up in advance for breakout sessions?
The full schedule of events, including Summit presentations will be available under the Agenda menu item on this site.
You do not need to sign up for breakout tracks in advance.
